How does the Booking Process Work?

Booking your photoshoot is simple:

1. Submit an inquiry form so I can gather details about your vision, preferred date, and location.

2. Schedule your free consultation (for weddings) — we’ll chat about your ideas, photography style preferences, and package options.

3. Secure your date by signing the contract and paying the non-refundable retainer.
   Once booked, I’ll guide you through planning, timelines, and all the details to make sure your session or event is stress-free and perfectly you.

How long does it take to get our wedding or portrait photos back?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session and the season. For portrait sessions and couple photoshoots, you’ll receive your final gallery within 1–3 weeks. For wedding and elopement photography, delivery is typically 3–6 weeks. All wedding packages include sneak peeks within one week, so you can relive the highlights right away.

Do you send un-edited (RAW) photos?

I do not send unedited or RAW files. My editing process is an essential part of my style. It brings out the colors, light, and emotion that make your photos truly unique. Every image you receive is carefully hand-edited for consistency and storytelling. This ensures the final gallery reflects the exact mood and aesthetic we envisioned during your shoot.

What happens if the weather isn’t perfect on our photoshoot day?

I embrace all kinds of weather: cloudy skies, a little wind, or even light rain can make for beautiful, memorable photos. I don’t reschedule sessions for weather unless conditions are unsafe or dangerous, or if it’s an elopement where the experience and visibility are key to the day. In those cases, we’ll work together to find a new date or time that keeps everyone safe and preserves the magic of your celebration.

Can you help us choose a location for our photoshoot?

Absolutely! I love location scouting and helping clients find the perfect backdrop. From Florida beaches and large flower fields to downtown St. Petersburg’s city atmosphere or hidden nature spots, I’ll suggest locations that match your vibe. For destination weddings and elopements, I can help with researching and coordinating locations that are both beautiful and logistically ideal.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes — engagement sessions are one of my favorite ways to connect with couples before the wedding day. They’re perfect for getting comfortable in front of the camera and capturing your love story in a more relaxed setting. Many of my wedding packages include an engagement session, or you can book one separately.

Do you help with posing for people who are uncomfortable in front of a camera?

Yes! I guide my couples and clients through gentle prompts rather than stiff poses, so you look natural and feel comfortable. Think movement-based direction (walking, laughing, holding hands, frolicking in the ocean) so your photos feel real, not staged.

What photography style do you offer?

My work blends documentary-style storytelling with natural, editorial-inspired portraits. This means you’ll get a mix of candid moments, emotional in-betweens, and beautifully composed shots. Whether you prefer a more posed approach or a completely relaxed, documentary style, I tailor my direction to your comfort level.
